Spring Around the House Featuring Target Tablecloths as Curtains

Spring has finally arrived and it is such a welcome sight!  Here in NJ, this winter felt everlasting and the warm sun feels especially refreshing this year.

Now that our bathroom project is complete, I've been lightening things up around the rest of the house.  I was in Target last week (why yes, I am in Target every week day), and I loved these tablecloths.  Thing is, with 3 boys, fabric tablecloths don't last longer than a day without needing to be washed.  I knew I had seen tablecloths used as drapes on Pinterest, so I thought I would try it.  Here is a close up of the fabric...

Here are the curtain panels in the room.  This is the front room that is open to our kitchen.  In the past year alone, it has gone from sitting room to dining room, back to sitting room.  I cannot make up my mind about this room!

Our dining room table is now closer to the kitchen...again.

And finally a quick look outside.  We are working on getting our yard and pool ready for summer.  Today, we peeked under our pool cover and saw a huge tear in our liner.  Looks like replacing our pool liner will be our next project.  It.  never.  ends.

 Happy Spring!

You have such great taste. I have the same yellow pillow from Target! Got three on clearance for less $4 each! :)

    1. I love the farmhouse sink too. It was a slurge when we did the kitchen but well worth it. I will be posting more kitchen pictures next week. I hope you'll come back to see :)

  3. What's the name of that tablecloth pattern you have featured? Since it's 2 years old I'm hoping to find it online somewhere. It would be perfect in my new kitchen. Thanks!

  4. I can't even view the information on this page because of the pop-ups! I have had this pin saved to my board on Pinterest and I have pinned it to community boards in the past, but the pop-up ads are so bad that I am deleting it. It is that bad!
